1. Is customization possible? Is there any extra cost?

Adult shirts and children's kits - Customization with name, number, and patch is possible.

Babygrows - Customization with name and number only is possible.

Tracksuits - Customization is not allowed.

All customizations are free of charge.

 

2. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders take 8 to 15 WORKING days to be delivered (consider Monday to Friday).

Most orders arrive within an average of 15 calendar days, but we cannot be held responsible for the order until the 15 working days have passed.

Additionally, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for the order.

 

3. How do I know what size to choose?

On each product page, there is a section with the size guide. Click on the "+" symbol to open it.

 

4. I have completed the purchase but have not received a confirmation email.

When completing a purchase, the system automatically sends an email with the purchase confirmation.

If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder. It may have ended up there.

If you still haven't received the email, please verify that the email address is correct.

As a last resort, we ask you to send us a message (email or WhatsApp) with a different email address so that we can resend the confirmation.

 

5. I made a mistake with the delivery address. Can I change it?

We understand that human errors (and auto-fill on mobile phones) can happen, so if upon confirming the order it turns out that the delivery address was incorrect or missing any information, we recommend that you send us an email or WhatsApp as soon as possible to inform us so that we can rectify it.

Once we have shipped the order, we will no longer be able to make any changes, so please pay attention when entering the delivery address.

You are solely responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

 

6. If the size is incorrect, can I make exchanges?

We will allow exchanges only for NON-PERSONALIZED items.

If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

Size exchanges will only be allowed ONCE, so please pay attention when referring to the size guide.
